Range was challenged to take this established brand and elevate it as the premier mountain home development in the U.S. Range was also challenged with implementing an exclusive integrated marketing and sales campaign that would raise the bar in terms of visibility, image, quality and distinctive appeal.
Building the brand identity upon the prestigious and highly recognizable Ritz-Carlton logo, we created a brand personality, vocabulary and numerous applications for the Ritz-Carlton Residences Mammoth, as well as a comprehensive marketing communications program aimed at both the real estate brokerage market and prospective luxury resort homeowners. The integrated marketing program included out-of-home, print and broadcast advertising, high-end sales collateral, e-mail marketing, direct marketing, signage, sales center environmental graphics, interactive media and luxury website, sales materials, trade event graphics and a wide range of additional brand marketing components.
